How to deal with common laser maintenance
1. The laser is not powered on Check whether there is GND treatment for the equipment on site. A UPS power supply is recommended to be equipped with.
2. Laser alarm for high temperature
Air cooling type: Check whether the ambient temperature is too high, the internal temperature of equipment is too high, or the ventilation is poor.
Water cooling type: Check whether the flow rate of the water chiller is too low or the cooling effect is bad.
3. Weak laser beam
A. Check whether there is dust on the lens inside the resonant cavity, beam expander, and f-theta lens and whether the lenses are broken.
B. Check whether the working frequency is too low and the crystals are broken.
C. Increase the working parameters (pulse width, current).
D. If all the methods above do not work, please contact the supplier.
